• Aligned with the Philippine Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Association (PHAP) Code of Practice and international pharmaceutical standards (WHO GDP, WHO GSP, PIC/S)

We provide pharmaceutical services to Filipino patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and manufacturers.

Eligibility to Use

By using the Getmeds website, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are a parent/legal guardian ordering on behalf of a minor patient
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete
• You will not misuse, misrepresent, or defraud through the website

• PDEA regulations — governing License to Operate (LTO) categories S1 to S5, as applicable to Getmeds' licensed activities (importation, distribution, and retail of regulated substances)
• Philippine Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Association (PHAP) Code of Practice — on ethical pharmaceutical operations
• WHO Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and WHO Good Storage Practices (GSP) — for medicine handling, storage, and distribution

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Prescription medicines will not be dispensed without a valid, verifiable prescription from a licensed healthcare professional
• Our licensed pharmacists have the right to refuse or delay dispensing if the prescription is incomplete, expired, suspicious, or non-compliant
• False or fraudulent prescriptions may be reported to authorities, including FDA Philippines, PDEA, and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)
• Certain medicines require additional documentation (e.g., valid PDEA LTO for controlled substances, hospital dispensing authority, patient ID verification)

Patient Assistance Programs

Getmeds operates Patient Assistance Programs (PAP), Named-Patient Access Programs (NPAP), and Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) import services in coordination with government and institutional partners:

• Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-AICS)
• Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO — MAP/NPAP)
• Office of the Vice President (OVP)
• Office of the President (OP)

Program participation is subject to:

• Eligibility verification by the relevant government agency
• Complete documentation submission
• Compliance with government program requirements
• Program availability and funding at the time of application

Getmeds does not guarantee approval of assistance program applications, as final decisions rest with the relevant government agencies. Our role is to facilitate access, guarantee letter processing, and support patients through the application process.

Orders and Inquiries

By submitting an inquiry or order through Getmeds, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You are authorized to place the order (as patient, caregiver, or authorized representative)
• You will provide a valid prescription and any required identification or documentation
• You will accept delivery at the address provided during ordering
• You understand that certain medicines (especially prescription and cold-chain) have specific handling and return restrictions
• You will follow all lawful instructions from our pharmacists and account teams

Order confirmation is provided by our licensed pharmacists after prescription verification and payment processing (where applicable).

For quotation requests, Getmeds will provide a formal quotation within reasonable business timeframes. Quotations are valid only for the period stated and subject to product availability.

Pricing and Availability

• Product pricing on Getmeds is subject to change without notice due to manufacturer updates, regulatory changes, exchange rates, or market conditions
• Availability of medicines depends on manufacturer supply, importation clearance, and regulatory approvals
• Quotations are non-binding until formal order confirmation
• Government assistance program pricing may differ from private market pricing

For hospital, pharmacy, and pharmaceutical partner accounts, negotiated pricing and standing supply agreements are handled through your assigned Getmeds account manager.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for Getmeds orders vary based on order value, location, delivery type, and current logistics rates. Our team will confirm the applicable delivery charge during order processing.

Important notes:

• Delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order and may vary based on real-time courier availability, distance, and current logistics rates
• Free shipping promotions, when available, are subject to specific order value thresholds, delivery locations, and promotional terms — and may change without notice
• Same-Day and Urgent Delivery are subject to operational feasibility, courier availability, and cut-off times
• Cold-chain delivery is limited to a maximum 1-day delivery window due to packaging material limitations
• All delivery charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated
• Getmeds reserves the right to adjust delivery rates without prior notice due to changes in courier pricing, fuel costs, or operational conditions

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for pharmaceutical products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Due to regulatory and safety requirements:

Non-returnable / Non-refundable:

• Prescription medicines that have been dispensed
• Products requiring cold-chain storage that have been delivered and accepted
• Custom-imported medicines (via CSP or NPAP) once procurement has commenced
• Opened, used, or tampered packaging

Returnable / Refundable:

• Products damaged during delivery (with photographic evidence at delivery)
• Products with expired dates upon delivery
• Order fulfillment errors on our part
• Confirmed manufacturing defects within reporting windows

Intellectual Property
