Indications
It is indicated for treating locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (initial, maintenance, or after chemotherapy) and unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma.
Dosage and administration
The recommended dose is 500 mg/m² via 10-minute IV infusion on Day 1 of 21-day cycles. Premedication with corticosteroids and vitamin supplementation is required.
