Indications

Pazopanib is indicated for adults with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and for advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS) in patients previously treated with chemotherapy.

Dosage and administration

Pazopanib 800 mg orally once daily without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Swallow whole; adjust for hepatic impairment or drug interactions. Skip missed doses if <12 hours to next dose.
