Indications
This antineoplastic agent treats chronic myeloid leukaemia, serving as a pre-TKI phase for high blood counts or as palliative care. It also treats cervical cancer alongside radiotherapy.
Dosage and administration
Administer 20-30 mg/kg daily for continuous therapy or 80 mg/kg every third day for intermittent regimens. If needed, capsule contents may be dissolved in water and taken immediately.
