Indications

Indicated for adults with newly-diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (with radiotherapy then monotherapy) and patients aged three and older with recurrent or progressive malignant glioma after standard therapy.

Dosage and administration

Take capsules whole on an empty stomach with water. Dosing varies by condition, ranging from 75 mg/m² daily concomitantly with radiotherapy to 150-200 mg/m² during monotherapy cycles
