Indications

Zoledronic acid is indicated for treating hypercalcemia of malignancy and bone metastases from multiple myeloma or solid tumors. Prostate cancer patients must have progressed after hormonal therapy.

Dosage and administration

The recommended dose is 4mg via intravenous infusion over at least 15 minutes. For bone metastases, administer every 3 to 4 weeks with calcium/vitamin D
