Indications
Loratidine is indicated for symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria, effectively reducing sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal itching, and hives.
Dosage and administration
Adults and children ≥6 years weighing >30 kg: one tablet once daily. Severe hepatic impairment: 10 mg every other day. No adjustment for renal impairment or elderly. Oral use; with or without food.
