Foreign nationals with long-term visas are permitted to enter the Philippines, directed to specific conditions. Before you travel, check the travel restrictions Philippines outbound to see if the airport you are arriving at has specific requirements in place.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Categories of eligible in the Philippines travel restrictions<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On May 1, 2021, the following guidelines shall direct the entry of travelers to the Philippines, directed to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers at the port and date of entry:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foreign citizens with correct and validated visas at the time of entry;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The visa must be shown at the time of entry \u2013 no new entry visas will be allowed. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Visas must come under one of the following categories:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A non-immigrant visa issued under Section 13 of the Immigration Act (Section 13 series visa: a,b,c,d,e,g)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone who acquired resident status under Republic Act 7919 or Alien Social Integration Act (RA 7919 visa)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone who falls under Executive Order 324 or Alien Legalization Program (EO 324 visa)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Native-born foreign nationals (Native-born visa).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Also Read<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/getmeds.ph\/blog\/covid-alternative-medicines\/\">Worrying about finding your COVID-19 medicines prescribed by your doctors? Here on to know to find alternative medicines.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These travelers are allowed to enter, so long as a valid visa is secured through the Embassy of the Philippines located in your country of residence or local travel requirements in the Philippines Covid:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A foreign spouse of a Filipino national<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A minor child of a Filipino<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Children of a Filipino with special needs, regardless of age<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foreign parent of minor Filipinos, and foreign <a href=\"https:\/\/getmeds.ph\/blog\/children-and-covid19-what-the-parents-need-to-know\/\">parent<\/a> of Filipino children with special needs, regardless of age.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following shall <\/span><b>NOT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> be allowed entry :<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All passengers coming from India;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All passengers are coming from or who have been to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, or Sri Lanka within the 14 days preceding their arrival in the Philippines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>Notes:<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. You may open into the Philippines visa-free if you are a national of a country listed under Executive Order 408. You must apply and secure a Philippine entry or long-term visa from your country&#8217;s Philippine Consulate or at your nearest Philippine Foreign Service Post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Conditions of the IATF-EID:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must have a valid and existing visa at the time of entry unless otherwise stated in the table above<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With pre-booked accredited quarantine facility\/hotel for at least ten days at the traveler&#8217;s expense;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must undergo RT-PCR testing on the 7th day of quarantine. Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory will swab Non-OFWs and non-Filipinos on PAL flights arriving in Manila.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers as set by the National Task Force for COVID-19.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.
